Wheat Protein repairs damaged hair through covalent bonding. This is
a protein from wheat which has been turned partly into water through
hydrolysis. Proteins are the nitrogen carrying constituents of living cells.
Protein treatments are said to be beneficial to hair and skin. They add
gloss, body and luster to hair. Proteins consist of giant chains of amino
acids, the building blocks of life. The amino acid chains are joined
chemically by a peptide bond. Plant proteins have excellent skin
compatibility and deposit a protective film on the skin and hair. The film is
smoothing and moisturizing. Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein builds body, reduces
porosity, and improves shine, luster and smoothness. Wheat Protein conditions
hair with its moisture retention and film forming properties, which will
greatly improve the body, shine, and smoothness of hair. Hydrolyzed Silk Amino Acid Silk is a fiber secreted by silk worms. Liquefied silk
creates a mixture of amino acids. Amino acids are what the body uses to build
proteins. Silk amino acids are said penetrate the skin and leave the skin silky
smooth. De-ionized Water is
water that is distilled by evaporating and then it is condensed to remove all
the minerals, bacteria and other substances. Water is a major component of
all living things. Water is the
primary ingredient in almost every product used by humans from food and
drinks to the cleansing and cosmetic items that we use daily for our personal
care. Quality formulations begin with high purity water. Pure water is a very
powerful dipolar solvent so that the naturally occurring supply from springs,
lakes and rivers always contain some minerals, gases and organic decaying
materials which may have adverse affects on manufactured products. In
addition to these naturally occurring impurities municipal water systems
typically add chlorine, sometimes fluorides, or other chemicals to improve
the health and/or safety of the water for human consumption but which also
can adversely affect other products that companies manufacture. Meadowfoam Seed Oil (Limnanthes alba) this Cold Pressed oil re-moisturizes
the skin in ways no oil can. Black Soy Extract Organic (Glycine soja):
for hundreds of years in Acerola Cherry Extract Organic (Malpighia punicifolia L.) Acerola cherries are an
excellent source of powerful antioxidants and are also rich in protein and
mineral salts principally, iron, calcium and phosphorus and also have considerable
anti-fungal activity. The free radical scavenging benefits of Acerola are
also useful for preventing abnormal growths and fighting cellular aging.
Acerola's mineral salts can aid in the remineralization
of tired and stressed skin, and hair and the mucilage and proteins can help
to hydrate and condition hair. Vegetable Glycerin is obtained by adding alkalies
to fats and fixed oils. Glycerin is a soothing humectant which draws moisture
from the air to the skin. Glycerin is an emollient, which makes the skin feel
softer and smoother, reduce rough feeling, cracking and irritation. Glycerin
has a high hydrophilic (water) factor and a low lipophilic (fat) factor.
Glycerin is nontoxic, nonirritating and non allergenic. Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha Arvensis) regulates and normalizes oily hair, and
stimulates the circulation of the scalp, leaving hair feeling silky soft.
The therapeutic properties of Peppermint oil are analgesic, antiseptic,
anti-infectious, anti-spasmodic, carminative, expectorant, decongestant,
digestive, stimulant, and vasoconstrictor Peppermint oil is excellent for
mental fatigue and depression; it can help for apathy, shock, headache,
migraine, nervous stress, vertigo and faintness. Peppermint essential oil stimulates the nervous system and

muscles, and enlivens dull dry skin, and hair as it clears the mind and lifts
the spirit. Niaouli Essential Oil (Melaleuca quinquenervia) This
Pure oil, native to Eucalyptus
Essential Oil (Eucalyptus radiate): reduces excessive oiliness,

supply so more oxygen and nutrients can be delivered to the cells throughout
the body. Eucalyptus also is used to treat joint pain; muscular aches and
